What is your dress code?
At Pai Honolulu, we welcome you to enjoy an elevated, yet comfortable dining experience. We do not enforce a dress code, but suggest resort wear or business causal.
Where do I park?
There is a municipal parking lot with great rates and it’s open 24 hours The parking is on the 5th-7th floor. We suggest to first check out free street parking during weekday evenings and anytime on weekends. For detailed instructions, visit: https://www.paihonolulu.com/directionsparking
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Due to the detailed preparation by our Chefs of each dish and menu, we kindly ask for a 24 hour notice for standard reservations and 48 hour notice for large parties of 10 or more. Same day cancellations and no shows may incur a charge. Regular menu reservations: $95 per person; confirmed chef’s tasting reservations: $185 per person. We thank you for your understanding, especially during these unprecedented times.
How do I book a large party or special event?

I’d like to enjoy your chef’s tasting menu, but I have dietary restrictions, what can you do?
With a 24 hour notice, we are happy to create custom menu options so that everyone in your party can enjoy dining with us. .
Do you have Vegan options?
We can prepare a Vegan prix fixe menu or Chef’s Tasting menu with a 24 hour advance notice.
How do I book a vegan menu?

Do you do weddings?
We love to celebrate with our guests and are happy to provide Wedding services.
We welcome smaller wedding rehearsal dinners as well as reception dinners at our restaurant (8-50 guests; possibly more for a full buyout).
For off-site catering and chef services, we provide customized proposals, specially tailored to each wedding.
